I do pressings every once in a while now, very limited production.

Shipping amounts determined as the items are being packed: they vary from shipment to shipment with dimensional weight and destination.
On all orders packaging, handling and fees related to payment will apply. This means each order there is a charge for packaging materials (no exceptions)
Shipping is only available to purchasers address. No drop shipping.

If you would like to place an Order, please note the Schedule of Pressings listed below.
Pressings are limited, so I take orders to go on the order board as soon as each pressing fills for the next available Pressing.
What is a Pressing? Good question! A Pressing means that is the time period when Tiles get made, or rather the week when the studio is set aside for Tile making only, in which all orders get hand pressed.
Then your tile needs to dry very slowly for at least four to five weeks before it is fired, glazed and fired again. Often I decide to add more glaze and do a secondary glaze firing. This means that tiles usually take anywhere from six to ten weeks to make before they are ready to ship.
SHIPPING: all orders are shipped with Canada Post for smaller boxes and UPS for larger orders/sizes. Please note: Within Canada/domestically, and from Canada/Internationally--no courier offers any insurance on anything glass or ceramic, for damage or loss. (sad but true) So placing an order assumes confirmation that the client accepts this. I pack as well as possible for this reason, and packages become large with all the cushioning. All packages have tracking from the courier.
**All packages must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery for damage and contact me with photographs.
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ARTWORK/TILE.
The Tiles are all hand-pressed, hand made, and have variations in edge quality, sizing due to clay shrinkage, and glaze colour and application, as they are also hand painted. This is part of the inherent beauty of the tiles, and is the desired Look.
All shipments are sent by Canada Post with exception of the largest tiles (30 inch ones) which must go UPS.
VERY IMPORTANT: No couriers within Canada offer insurance on anything ceramic, and therefore Insurance is not available. However, I do pack the tiles to arrive in good order, as safely as possible, and have shipped this way for over twenty years internationally.
All shipments must be unpacked and inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
There is no option for drop shipping/shipping to other addresses.
There are No Returns on any Tilework.
